Required qualification & experience are described below: -

Position : Deputy General Manager (VAT)
Qualification : Masters in Accounting/Finance/Commerce from any reputed University.
Candidates whose are completed C.A.CC course will be added as advantage.
Experience :
  • At Least 10 years of experience in VAT Functional work in any reputed manufacturing Industry as Section Head.
  • Should have sound knowledge on Online VAT procedures.
  • Adequate knowledge about Customs & VAT Law
  • Knowledge on compliance issues to handle government audit
  • Candidates working in manufacturing organization will be an added advantage.
  • Must have adequate computer literacy.
Responsibility :
  • Continuously update VAT management policies and ensure compliance of VAT laws
  • Ensure that VAT registrations & related license are updated.
  • Maintain all level of communications with the local custom office, VAT commissioner, division office, circle office, custom intelligence office etc.
  • Submit and persuade to realize duty drawbacks
  • Implement VAT management software as per requirements of NBR
  • Maintain updated database for VAT related laws and circulations
  • Review consistencies of VAT accounts of individual entities
  • Ensure VAT returns are prepared, reviewed and submitted within deadlines to avoid penalties/interest
  • Analyze transactions to determine correct VAT-treatment
  • Represent as a company representative for hearing, assessment & settlement of VAT related issue with Govt. authorities and resolve for the best interest of the company
  • Identify and make recommendations for improving systems and processes as per current legislation
  • Generate VAT related report according to management requirement.
  • Any other task assigned by management as and when required.

 

Position : Manager (Commercial / Purchase)
Qualification : Masters in Accounting/Finance/Commerce from any reputed University.
Candidates whose are completed C.A.CC course will be added as advantage
Experience :
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Commercial/ Purchase/ Supply Chain Department in any reputed manufacturing Industry.
  • Candidate should have knowledge & experience of L.C. documentation, Import & Export procedure, Banking part on commercial issue, Customs, VAT, C&F, Insurance, MOU, Contracts & Agreement, H.,S. Code etc.
  • Sound knowledge in spare parts, Chemical items & industrial raw-materials.
  • Candidate should have strong negotiation, bargaining & leadership skills.
  • Candidates to possess hands on expertise in handling managerial task & sub-ordinates with excellent communication skills, creating conducive working environment to achieve company objectives.
  • Candidates working in manufacturing organization will be an added advantage.
  • Good communication skills in Bengali & English and Must have adequate computer literacy.

 

Position : Manager (Transport)
Qualification : BSc Engineering in Mechanical / Master Degree from any reputed University
Experience :
  • At Least 10 years of experience in Transport Functional work in any reputed manufacturing and distribution organization as Section Head.
  • Candidate should have capability to handle 300 nos of vehicle scheduling, maintenance and others related works at transport department.
  • Candidate should have verse experience in vehicle spare parts as required for requirement to purchase and alternative.
Responsibility :
  • To Manage smoothly operation, distribution, Scheduling, Maintenance, Cleaning and all related work at transport department as required.
  • Any other task assigned by management as and when required.
Age Limit : 35-45 years. Age relaxation may be permitted if the candidates posses any specialization.
Salary : Attractive Salary with other fringe benefits shall be offered best in industry but expected salary should be mentioned in the application.
Work place : The position required to work in Head Office of the company at Kushtia. The selected candidates required to stay in Kushtia with family.
