Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager, Strategic Planner

Key Responsibilities

The role of the Sr. Executive/ Assistant Manager, Strategic Planner is to lead the planning process that requires strong leadership skills, ability to successfully grow the business and the brand across multiple markets and channels.

  • Build and champion the planning ethos within the agency and the invaluable role planners can play in the business development team.
  • Develop and foster insightful strategies and inspiring creative briefs for existing clients and brands.
  • Through day to day guidance and formal training, raise the quality of work from existing planners.
  • Help to identify new business candidates and participate in pitches for new assignments from clients and prospects.
  • Proactively develop unique points of view and proprietary tools and studies on the market that add value to our ongoing thinking and work.
  • Spot digital trends, see the digital future and understand consumer behavior and match them with brand desires to create transformative.

The Person

  • A sharp observer of human attitudes and behavior. Inquisitive. An outstanding listener.
  • Strong passion for advertising. Recognize great ideas in conceptual form.
  • Lead and moderate idea generating sessions, brand essence workshops, and other strategy meetings.
  • Persuasive communicator; can articulate and sell a strategic POV within the agency and to clients.
  • Sensitive to the strengths and weaknesses of direct reports, and willingness to coach, delegate and direct as appropriate.
  • Immediately impresses with depth and maturity of thought and ideas.
  • Action-oriented and results focused.

Critical Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experiences in strategy development and planning in a large agency setup, ideally in a complex matrix structure
  • In market success with emerging and established markets.
  • Experience or solid knowledge in the sectors of Event, Activation and Current Digital Medium including travel/aviation and hospitality
  • Working experience in in Bangladeshi Market
  • Sound research and consumer behavior understanding.
  • Strong brand architecture and brand development success stories.
  • Digital Savvy with strong understanding and experience in all areas of digital marketing
  • Persuasive and provocative personality and ability to sell ideas.

  • BBA/MBA in Marketing

Additional Requirements

  • Age 22 to 35 years Male and Female both the candidates can apply
  • Mandatory 2 years' experience in Exhibitions, Conferences, Events
  • BBA/MBA in Marketing
  • Worked/Lead team of Business Development Department
  • Must have done Market analysis & building project proposals
  • Exceptional skills in Excel reporting and PowerPoint presentation - Digital Story telling
