Officer - Manager, Business Planning and Analysis

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and circulate all periodical reports to the management and business managers to drive business and monitor business performance.
Provide data, information and analytics to the business divisions on an ad-hoc basis.
Assist the supervisor by providing required information and analytics.
Check and ensure data accuracy in the dump file provided by IT.
Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of the data/information.
Ensure timely response to internal and external queries.
Build a good relationship with related departments for smooth operation.
Support in reporting on automation and improvement projects.
Maintain different types of databases for reporting purposes.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree from a reputed university with satisfactory academic record. Degree in CSE/ EEE/ Computer Science or related field is preferred.
Minimum 2-6 years’ experience in a bank or non-bank financial institution.
Adequate knowledge and understanding of banking operation and applications, GL, process, policy and financial tools and techniques.
Application knowledge of MS Office package.
Analytical, presentation and communication skills.
Customer-centric, self-motivated, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
