BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Retail Banking Division:
Identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities.
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
Achieve the agreed individual sales target ensuring compliance with the bank’s policies and procedures.
Executing effective cross-selling & upselling strategies to maximize customer value.
Ensure retention of business targets.
Collect and study customer documents to assess current credit worthiness of customers and share with Business Development Manager for final approval.
Collect KYC and other related documents for processing applications for banking products or services.
Utilize multiple digital platforms to support regular BAU activities.
Deliver consistently high levels of customer service and deal with customer queries effectively in line with the Bank’s service quality standards.
Ensure flawless execution of banking transactions while maintaining compliance with the Bank’s policies and regulatory framework.
Follow up with defaulting customers proactively to ensure PAR & NPL rates are as per defined norms of the Bank.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with satisfactory academic record.
Experience of 2-3 years in a relevant role in Banks/ NBFIs.
Candidates with experience of selling Retail products will get preference.
Proficient in Customer Excellence & Relationship Management.
Frequent mobility and reallocation are mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
