BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Retail Banking Division:
Hold regular meetings with clients to introduce a wide range of retail products and services, ensuring customer satisfaction with the quality and consistency of service delivery.
Based on the credit worthiness of the client, offer the Bank’s products and services including salary accounts, loans, cards, and deposits by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross-selling opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Ensure clients clearly understand and agree to all features, applicable fees, terms, and conditions of the products and services.
Identify existing and potential client relationships to unlock additional revenue opportunities.
Monitor the team’s portfolio health by maintaining PAR & NPL rates as per defined norms; speak to clients directly to drive collections as may be required.
Consistently deliver high levels of customer service by addressing queries effectively, escalating complex issues appropriately, and maintaining customer satisfaction in line with the Bank’s service quality standards.
Ensure flawless execution of client relationship transactions by maintaining accurate records, responding promptly to customer requests, and ensuring full compliance with the Bank’s policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with satisfactory academic record.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in relevant role in Banks/ NBFIs.
Experience in selling Retail products will get preference.
Proficient in Customer Excellence & Relationship Management.
Frequent mobility and reallocation are mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
