UI/UX Designer

Grade: SO/PO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. User Interface (UI/UX) Design

  • Design visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for websites, apps, and digital platforms.
  • Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Oversee the regular refinement of UI elements on existing websites to maintain design standards.
  • Conduct user research to understand user needs, behaviors, and pain points.
  • Optimize user flows to ensure intuitive and seamless interactions.

2. New Media Integration and Target Analysis

  • Adapt design strategies for new media formats such as social media platforms, AR/VR experiences, and interactive multimedia.
  • Stay updated on trends and best practices in digital content, technologies.
  • Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Pixel, Hotjar) to evaluate user engagement and conversion metrics.
  • Identify opportunities and areas for improvement based on data-driven insights.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, developers, strategists, and content creators.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to enhance user satisfaction.

4. Maintenance & Customization of Existing Websites

  • Oversee the ongoing maintenance of existing websites, ensuring all UI/UX elements remain functional and visually consistent.
  • Customize website layouts, navigation, and features in response to user feedback, analytics, or business requirement changes and adopt new scopes.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year graduation in any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited foreign university
  • Advanced degrees or certifications in UI/UX design, interaction design, or related disciplines are a plus.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience with a proven ability to execute and deliver results.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Experience with wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing tools.
  • Understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is beneficial for collaborating with development teams.
  • Knowledge of responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Knowledge to use analytic tools.
  • Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
