BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic Full Stack Developer who has expertise in both .NET core & React under Technology Division:

Associate Manager/Manager, ERP, Technology Division

Key Responsibilities:

Backend (.NET Core)

• Design, develop, and maintain RESTful APIs using ASP.NET Core.
  
• Implement business logic, data access layers, and microservices architecture.
  
• Optimize application performance and scalability.
  
• Integrate third-party services and APIs.
  Ensure adherence to security best practices (authentication, authorization, and data protection).

Frontend (React.js)

• Build responsive, dynamic user interfaces with React.
  
• Manage application state using Redux or Context API.
  
• Implement reusable components and UI libraries.
  
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate designs into functional interfaces.
  
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and accessibility.

General

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and sprint planning.
  
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
  
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  
• Collaborate with DevOps for CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
  
• Document technical specifications and architecture decisions.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic record. A degree in CSE / ETE / ECE / EEE, or related field, is preferred.
  
• 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
  
• Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, and Entity Framework Core.
  
• Solid experience with React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3.
  
• Familiarity with SQL Server, PostgreSQL, or other relational databases.
  
• Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms.
  
• Understanding of software design patterns and SOLID principles.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  
• Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
