Associate Manager, Products and Process
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Location: Dhaka
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Develop new products and propositions to capture emerging market potential.
Manage and monitor existing products.
Manage product delivery process with minimal turnaround time.
Troubleshoot complex product or process-related issues in coordination with stakeholders.
Initiate and manage business transformation projects.
Launch and manage campaigns, trainings, and customer engagement events.
Prepare presentations as required.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic record.
Minimum three years of experience in project management with international development agencies.
Ability to develop marketing programs in collaboration with sales teams.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data, competitive offerings, and other business insights.
Sound knowledge of SME products.
Proficiency in Microsoft-Office suit.
Excellent presentation skills.
Customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
