BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its SME Banking Division:
Incentive policy design & review, campaign design & implementation for business team.
Liability product review and assisting in product development.
Ensuring NFI booking and venturing new NFI arenas.
Assisting Risk Management team and Compliance Desk to minimize risk factors of Liability Portfolio.
Venturing new business opportunities to book liability business under SME umbrella and coordinating with communications team in implementing those.
Ability to collaborate with multiple internal groups i.e. DN, Ops., AMLD, Treasury, Legal, Risk, Product, Technology, Retail, etc. and other support groups to provide the efficient and innovative financial products to the mapped clients.
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree from reputed university with satisfactory academic record.
Experience of 4-5 years in relevant field in Banks/ NBFIs.
Proficient in Customer Excellence & Relationship Management.
Frequent mobility and reallocation are mandatory.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills.
