Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employee insurance, acting as a bridge between the insurance partner and employees
- Manage day-to-day HR Operations activity and act as a focal point for Daycare Center
- Manage the employee background verification process, coordinate with BGV partners to obtain results on time, and inform management of any issues identified.
- Provides full oversight of the employee confirmation process from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate with the finance team to process various bills such as background verification bills and insurance premiums.
- Act as a key resource in various HR projects.
- Authorize and input employee-related information into the HRIS.
- Serve as the focal point for various HR reports.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from reputed university with satisfactory academic record. Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred.
- Two-three years of experience in HR with preferably one year in relevant domains mentioned under primary responsibilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to leverage various AI tools to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Focus on delivering meaningful outcomes rather than just completing tasks.
- Ability to build relationships and influence across organizational levels.
- Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
