KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Contribute to banks overall deposit status by creating a high-quality depository clientele base
- Formulate sales strategies for all deposit and asset-based products
- Plan, organize and monitor business development plans and programs of Premium Banking to meet targeted results
- Closely monitor the services delivered to the valued Premium Banking customers to build sustainable customer delight
- Ensuring accountability for achieving overall team results
- Meet budget and maximize the Bank’s earning opportunities
- Upsell, cross-sell, provide regular market information updates and trend analysis
- Monitor Premium Banking frontline team to actively participate in Digital Activation of their respective assigned customers
- Responsible for enhancing and maintaining operational integrity across the full suite of products and processes
- Maintaining a strong working relationship with own team and cross-functional team for smooth operations of his/her center
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Masters/ bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
- Minimum 6 years of working experience in the relevant field, incumbents working in a supervisory role will get preference
- Ability to lead a dynamic team independently
- Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others
