BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Alternate Banking Channels Division:

Agent Relationship Officer, Agent Relationship Management Unit, Agent Banking Department

Employment Type: Full-time  
Grade: OG-I/OG-II

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Search for potential Agents for the new Agent Banking Outlet that comply with the bank’s agent selection procedures.
  • Ensure that the submitted agent applications and supporting documents are complete and error-free.
  • Follow-up day-to-day activities of assigned Agent Banking Outlet(s) and correspond with Head Office regarding any operation issues.
  • Achieving the agreed individual sales targets to ensure compliance with the bank's policies and procedures.
  • Build and maintain effective business relationships with stakeholders.
  • Promote banking products and services to potential customers by making proactive sales efforts and capitalizing on cross selling opportunities to achieve the sales targets.
  • Conduct customer awareness program, promotional activities, and meetings in the assigned area to achieve the business target.
  • Visit assigned Agent Banking Outlets frequently and update outlet monitoring report/module.
  • Ensure smooth business operation at assigned Agent Banking Outlet maintaining compliance.
  • Ensure necessary operational and system related training for Agent Field Officers.
  • Analyze AB Outlets business data to find the most efficient sales methods for a sustainable business growth and agent earnings.
  • Provide business reports to Head Office on a regular basis.
  • Communicate with corresponding branches and SME unit offices.
  • Supervise activation (Go Live) of Agent Banking Outlets in fields.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Four-year graduation in any discipline from any UGC-approved or accredited foreign university.
  • Minimum two years relevant working experience.
  • Sound knowledge in agent banking, general banking and Bangladesh Bank Agent Banking Prudential Guidelines etc.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Strong analytical ability & aware of customer centricity.
  • Able to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capability to meet deadlines
