KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Project Feasibility
- For setting a new Branch or ATM, conduct preliminary conceptual feasibility and development based on site data information assessment.
Ensure selection of best vendor for the projects
- Helping procurement team to prepare technical CS and specifications for different items.
- Coordinate with different stakeholders and ensure smooth handover of relocation/renovation projects.
- Coordinate with Procurement Team, Department of Safety and Security, Finance and other departments.
Ensure Project Monitoring
- Monitor project site as per specification, quality control, work progress. Ensure QA / QC of the Project.
- Ensure project delivery within budgeted cost. Ensure all work completed by the vendor as per design, drawing and specifications is completed within stipulated timeframe.
- Ensure compliance during implementation of the project as per regulatory authority circular and instruction.
Redesign premises to reduce costs
- Redesigning different branches to optimize seating capacity & reduce cost.
- Coordinate with branch managers, regional heads & other stakeholders for the scope of improvements of the BRAC Bank premises.
Auctioning of Bank’s old infrastructure
- To develop an overall auction & to convert the strategy into an operating plan with a tightly defined SOP (forming a committee & taking approval from them).
- Ensure that auctioning happens quarterly & the bank gains maximum out of auctioning.
Compliance & Good Governance
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the Bank and external regulatory authorities.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduate from a reputed institution preferably BSc in Civil Engineering with a satisfactory academic track record
- Minimum 15+ years of working experience in Project management, building construction management, Interior design implementation work, etc. is preferable.
- Strong command over Microsoft Office Package.
- Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Expertise in Compliance & Fraud Prevention.
- Expert in customer centricity, self-propelled and team player.
