Business Development Manager, Remittance Sales - Distribution Network

Employment Type: Full Time

Job Grade: Up to SPO

Job Location: Anywhere in Bangladesh

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and support Remittance Sales Officer in achieving assigned individual and sales team business target.
  • Recruit, set objectives and monitor performance of team members.
  • Train and mentor team members on remittance products, compliance and customer service.
  • Analyze market trends and customer behavior to suggest improvements in products and sales strategy.
  • Ensure strict adherence to AML/KYC and regulatory guidelines.
  • Present and submit regular sales report, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    Strengthen relationship with all relevant stakeholders.

Key Qualifications:

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales Role preferably in Financial Institutions
  • Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
  • Strong leadership, analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Result driven and have customer-centric mindset.
    Having experience in Managerial Role or experience in Liability Sales will have added advantage.
  • Proficient in both Bangla and English communication.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Package.
