Unit Head, IT Governance, Standardization & Audit

Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage & Maintain prevailing Technology governance practice adhering Bank’s policy, Regulator’s guideline, global best practices such as ISO, ITIL, COBIT etc. Ensure IT compliance by maintaining all regulatory, statutory, and legal obligations.
  
• Ensure proper implementation and improvement of processes (Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Capacity Management, Service Level Management, Asset Management etc.) and confirm process adherence across the bank.
  
• Review and design the service reporting framework, and ensure that KPIs are in place and service reports are produced, stored and reviewed periodically.
  
• Documenting the agreed levels of service (OLA) to be delivered and ensure that customer’s current and future service requirements are identified, understood and updated in OLA.
  
• Periodic service performance review and improvement with all external & internal stakeholders
  
• Ownership and co-ordination of all kinds of IT Audit Process including compliance audit, Information Security audit, Bangladesh Bank IT audit, external IT Audit.
  
• Should have hands-on experience for implementing of ITSM standards like ISO 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 etc. and ITSM Application like HP Service Manager, Symphony Summit, ManageEngine, Service Now, BMC Remedy, SCSM, etc. in large organization in Bangladesh.
  
• Managing and maintaining of Technology Processes & Policies.
  
• Information Security Operations in Technology platform including relevant security tools operations, vulnerability assessment & mitigation, periodic reviews, reporting etc.
  
• Interfacing Technology in Information Security Projects & Initiatives, Annual Cyber Security Assessment, 3rd Party Maturity Assessment etc.
  
• Must possess sound knowledge of Bangladesh Bank’s ICT Policy, as well as internal and external IT audit procedures applicable to large organizations in Bangladesh.
  Technology Risk Management, Maintenance of Risk Registrar and so on.
  
• Efficient Budgeting for Technology Division.
  
• Managing IT Governance, Standardization & Audit Team.

Key Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from reputed university with satisfactory academic record. Degree in CSE / ETE / ECE / EEE, or related field is preferred. MBA in relevant field will be an added advantage.
  
• Ten to 12 years of experience in related areas (IT Governance, Standardization, IT Audit co-ordination, etc.).
  
• Strong knowledge in IT Service Management, Risk Management & Information Security Operations.
  
• Clear understanding of IT audit methodologies, IT Governance & Standardization, Process and Policies.
  
• Excellent Communication, Collaboration & Presentation Skill.
  
• Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
