Branch Service Quality Officer, Distribution Network Division

Branch Service Quality Officer will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the branches. Their primary responsibility is to warmly welcome customers, quickly understand their needs and guide them to the appropriate service desk or digital tool to ensure they receive the highest standard of service. This entry-level role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals with 1-2 years of experience who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and eager to launch a career at Brac Bank PLC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Warmly welcome customers and direct them to appropriate service desks.
  • Manage customer flow, especially during peak hours.
  • Support customers with mobile app, online banking, and self-service tools (e.g., QMS, FMS).
  • Encourage use of digital channels for convenience.
  • Share basic info on bank products/services (e.g., deposits, loans, e-KYC).
  • Maintain a professional, customer-first approach under pressure.
  • Keep the lobby clean and inviting.
  • Collaborate with branch staff for smooth service and issue resolution.
  • Maintain daily MIS logs, track feedback, and report issues to management.

Key Qualifications

  • Graduation degree in any discipline from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience with a proven track record in a relevant field will get preference.
  • Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills:

  • Tech-savvy; able to assist with digital banking tools.
  • Basic financial knowledge (training provided).
  • Physically fit for standing and fast-paced tasks.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Customer-focused, professional, and well-presented.
  • Eager to learn and grow in the banking sector.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Positive, proactive, adaptable, and collaborative.

This entry-level role offers a pathway to growth within the Brac Bank PLC. Successful Branch Service Quality Officers may advance to positions such as Cash and Client Service Officer or Branch Sales and Customer Service Officer or other roles in the Branches/other divisions.
