BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Communication Division:

Officer, Bills and Documentation

Employment Type: Full-time Job Location: Dhaka
Job Grade: OG-I / OG-II

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process and manage invoices for vendors, sponsors, CSR, and media-related expenses, ensuring timely payments in coordination with the Procurement and Finance teams.
  • Track billing status, maintain logs, and ensure alignment with approved project budgets.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical archives of CSR and communication-related documents, including MoUs, contracts, reports, and memos.
  • Assist in compiling documentation for internal audits, budget reviews, and compliance checks.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for CSR programs, campaigns, and internal communication events.
  • Support internal communication and CSR reporting through data collation and vendor invoice tracking.
  • Liaise with creative and media agencies to validate invoices and ensure accuracy of financial documentation.
  • Ensure adherence to governance protocols and regulatory compliance in all documentation and CSR reporting activities.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduation from a reputed institution with a satisfactory academic track record.
  • At least one (01) year of working experience in corporate communication. Freshers can also apply.
  • Sound understanding of social issues such as education, health, and climate change, with the ability to adapt positively in dynamic environments.
  • Good command of Microsoft Office packages.
  • Skilled in building collaborative partnerships, exercising leadership, and effectively influencing others.
  • Innovative thinker with a creative mindset and the ability to generate out-of-the-box solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, a team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
