BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Corporate and Institutional Banking Division:

Relationship Officer/ARM/RM, Transaction Banking (China Desk)

Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Actively contribute to transaction banking activities, specifically focusing on the China Corridor segment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with Chinese clients and companies, contributing to client acquisition and business growth.
  • Prepare and deliver effective business presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work within the compliance framework of the bank and regulators

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic record.
  • Two years of experience in related roles.
  • Proficiency in Chinese both in speaking and writing (HSK level 4 and above).
  • Prior exposure or established relationships with the Chinese Community and businesses will be considered an added advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proactive, client-focused, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
