Regional / Territory Sales Officer – Digital and Inclusive Business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive cumulative business target for Individual and team as per annual business requirement
- Managing and leading the business team of digital lending under SME banking division
- Ensure loan recovery and collection
- Ensure good customer and partner relationship by engaging the business team
- Co-ordinate and arrange sales market activation in order to boost up sales of digital lending
- Extensive visit and communication in order to manage
- Troubleshooting field issues for smooth disbursements
- Engagement with the stakeholders/ partners/ distributors to promote the SME Digital Loan Product
- Continued communication through timely visit/ telephone calls with the distributors for smooth business
- Extensive visits for business expansion and market activation
- Assist in onboarding embedded financing partners
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and bank policy
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
- Minimum 2 - 5 years of experience in Direct Sales, Sales Team Management, MNC/ FMCG / TELCO / Pharmaceutical Distribution Channels, Digital Financial Services, Digital Transformation Projects / or any other suitable tasks suitable for the position
- Proven track record in driving business numbers, developing partnerships, and managing loan portfolios
- In addition to the above, experience in data analytics, digital lending, credit scorecard development & new business segment development will be preferred
- Problem-solving, ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country for market visits for driving business, partner engagement, training, process improvement, and monitoring.
