Regional Sales Manager, Digital and Inclusive Business

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Development
- Drive SME digital loan Portfolio growth through innovative Digital Loan Products
- Identify and onboard business partners, embedded financing opportunities, and acquisition channels
- Conduct market visits to countrywide pocket markets to explore opportunities, activate campaigns, and develop networks
- Directly supervise and guide the team to achieve business targets as per budgeted goals
Partnership Management
- Build and maintain business-driven partnerships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators and outsourced agencies
- Regularly visit partner offices to identify opportunities for business growth and maintain strong relationships
- Onboard new partners and ensure alignment with the organization’s objectives and credit policies
Portfolio Monitoring & Compliance
- Monitor and ensure the health of the loan portfolio, maintaining adherence to credit policies and regulatory guidelines
- Implement proactive measures to mitigate risks and improve portfolio performance
- Ensure zero audit comments by maintaining robust processes and documentation
Technological Solutions
- Implement technology-driven solutions for seamless digital loan origination and servicing
- Collaborate with IT and application development teams to design product architecture and system improvements
- Leverage data analysis for decision-making, credit scorecard development, and performance tracking
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Analyze business and market data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement
- Use insights to optimize credit scoring, risk assessment, and product performance
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Four-year graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
- Minimum 2 - 7 years of experience in Direct Sales, Sales Team Management, MNC/ FMCG / TELCO / Pharmaceutical Distribution Channels, Digital Financial Services, Digital Transformation Projects / or any other suitable tasks suitable for the position
- Proven track record in driving business numbers, developing partnerships, and managing loan portfolios
- In addition to the above, experience in data analytics, digital lending, credit scorecard development & new business segment development will be preferred
- Problem-solving, ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced & dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across the country for market visits for driving business, partner engagement, training, process improvement, and monitoring
