KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure smooth execution of invoice processing under Supply Chain Financing
- Verify invoices and keep proper tracking of financing
- Ensure accurate documentation prior to disburse the financing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely approval and disbursement of funds
- Managing customer queries and maintain strong relationship
- Understand the financial needs of the client and provide tailored banking solutions
- Ensure sound portfolio by proper monitoring of the client
- Track payments and coordinate with the business team for on-time collection
- Coordinate with risk and operations teams to ensure compliance
- Resolve any discrepancies or issues in invoice financing promptly
- Identify and report risks related to customer transactions or non-compliance
- Focus on improving customer satisfaction by providing prompt and efficient service
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum graduate from a UGC-approved or accredited university.
- Minimum 3 Years (Manager)/ 5 Years (Senior Manager) of relevant experience in financial services
- Appropriate knowledge of Corporate Relationship Management, Supply Chain Financing, and Asset Related Banking Products
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled
