Relationship Manager, Medium Business (Officer to SPO)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and acquire new medium-sized clients and evaluate their creditworthiness.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with medium-sized clients.
  • Understand the financial needs of the client and provide tailored banking solutions.
  • Advises clients on banking products and services, such as working capital financing, trade finance, and project finance, and helps them make appropriate decisions.
  • Proactively address client needs and concerns, ensuring a high level of service delivery.
  • Manage a portfolio of medium-sized businesses, ensuring client satisfaction and on-time recovery.
  • Ensure adherence to regulations and policies and collaborate with internal stakeholders for solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitors’ offerings and act accordingly.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum graduate from a UGC-approved or accredited university.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services.
  • Ability to deal with and understand composite facilities, including trade finance.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Customer-centric and self-propelled.
