Associate Relationship Manager/ Relationship Manager, Emerging Corporate - SME Banking Division

  • Identify business opportunities for the bank by actively seeking out prospective customers.
  • Aware the potential customers about BRAC Bank’s product and service offerings.
  • Analyze the credit worthiness of the potential customers.
  • Provide funded & non-funded facility according to customer need.
  • Collect necessary documents from prospective customers and prepare loan proposals for them.
  • Ensure adherence to Bangladesh Bank guidelines and internal policies while submitting loan proposals.
  • Maintain a strong professional relation with customers after loan disbursement to monitor the loan performance & collection.
  • Achieve monthly targets on loan disbursement, collection and other additional criterions set by management.
  • Conduct periodic market survey and keep aware the customers about changes in/new services offered by bank.
  • Ensure high quality of services.


  • Minimum Bachelors’ degree, preferably in Business Administration/Banking and Finance/ Marketing/ Statistics/Management/ Economics, from a reputed university
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant banking experience is required.
  • Have very good knowledge of all types of banking products (Deposit, Funded and Non-Funded loan facilities).
  • Have the ability to deal with composite facilities including trade finance.
  • Computer literacy (MS Office).
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Self-starter with drive & initiatives.
  • Language proficiency both in Bangla and English.
