KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategic Partnership Development and Maintenance:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with fintech companies, technology providers, and other relevant stakeholders to enhance digital services.
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements to ensure mutual benefits and alignment with the bank’s strategic goals.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of partnerships to ensure they meet predefined objectives and deliver value.
- Implement metrics and KPIs to assess the success of partnership initiatives.
- Digital Business Strategy:
- Develop and implement digital business strategies to drive growth KPIs.
- Collaborate with various departments to integrate digital solutions across the bank’s services for smooth customer journey.
- Lead digital initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal departments to develop and launch new digital products and services.
- Ensure that new products are aligned with customer needs and market demands.
- Analyze customer feedback and digital app usage data to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement initiatives to enhance the overall digital experience for customers.
- Innovation and Ecosystem Integration:
- Explore and integrate innovative digital solutions and services that can be offered through partnerships.
- Foster an ecosystem approach by collaborating with external partners to create a seamless digital banking experience.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in digital banking and fintech to identify opportunities for innovation.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and digital solutions into the bank’s existing processes.
- Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in digital banking and fintech.
- Analyze competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and partnership opportunities.
- Regulatory and Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure all partnership activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Work closely with the compliance department to manage risks associated with partnerships.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with digital app or web operations.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Post Graduation/Graduation from a UGC-approved university preferably in Business-Tech, Computer Science, Information System Management, Business Administration, Digital Transformation with a satisfactory academic track record
- At least ten years of working experience in digital services, fintech, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing partnerships and super-app ecosystems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lead a dynamic team
- Expert in customer centricity, ownership & delivering results, integrity, collaboration and developing others
