BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Corporate & Institutional Banking Division:

Relationship Manager - Senior Relationship Manager, Local & Global Corporate, Transaction Banking

Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To achieve Financial & Non-Financial targets set by the department
  • Manage a client portfolio to maintain existing and generate new relationships for the business
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate deal pipeline
  • Work within the compliance framework of bank and regulator
  • Contribute to continued servicing of customer needs and deepen the existing relationship
  • Actively contribute to the Transaction Banking Business from preferred client segment of the division
  • Maintain close liaison with key stakeholders to provide input into the strategic direction of the business and the functionality and launch of new products and services
  • Build and maintain close relationships with clients proactively acting on direct customer feedback, market surveys and client engagement programmes
  • Support achievement of the BRAC Bank’s vision, values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Master’s / Bachelor’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record
  • Proficient in Relationship Management & Business Communication
  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar field is required
  • In-depth knowledge of local and cross border payments framework and ongoing automation/financial inclusion initiatives of central bank
  • Demonstrated ability to interact, communicate and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions
  • Self-driven, customer-focused, and able to work collaboratively to meet tight deadlines
