Officer, Transaction Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • The Front Desk Officer is the first point of contact for investors to BEZA One-Stop Service. Individual is responsible for providing excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming and efficient environment, and assisting with administrative tasks.
  • Represent BRAC Bank as a dedicated ambassador, fostering strong relationships and effectively communicating the bank’s values, vision, and strategic initiatives to investors
  • Proactively engage with investors to build trust and confidence in BRAC Bank’s mission and financial performance
  • Address client inquiries and concerns with promptness and precision, delivering accurate information and guidance to facilitate a seamless experience
  • Distribute essential banking information and forms to clients, ensuring they are fully equipped with the necessary materials for a smooth business registration process
  • Accurately record client information in the BRAC Bank system, upholding the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality
  • Consistently exceed client expectations by delivering exemplary customer service and promptly resolving any issues that arise
  • Ensure full compliance with all BRAC Bank policies, as well as adherence to applicable banking regulations and regulatory requirements

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Masters/bachelor's degree in business from a reputed UGC approved university with a satisfactory academic track record
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar field in a reputed bank or, brokerage house or, merchant bank will be given preference
  • Adequate knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Coordinating between department and various business units of the organization
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills specially in English
  • Fluency in multiple languages
  • Knowledge of BEZA's services and regulations
  • Proficient in customer-centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
