The bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its SME Banking Division:
Head of SME Business Support, SME Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) of all businesses to measure the success of SME function
- Initiate strategies for improving the performance of field staff and increase their overall productivity and ensure operational efficiency
- Undertake projects for upgrading business tools for higher productivity
- Provide analytical reports regarding business & staff performance, portfolio quality, market insights on a periodic & ad-hoc basis to assist in decision making of Business heads & management
- Manage all performance management polices (PMP) of the division in coordination with HR
- Oversee the delivery of advisory services, including financial & resource planning, business development, operational improvement, and market access strategies
- Provide guidance on best practices in business management, financial planning, and growth strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, regulators, government bodies, and industry associations
- Identify potential risks for business and provide guidance on risk mitigation strategies
- Maintain regulatory compliance of SME division along with being the first contact point on all external regulatory issues
- Manage all audit and inspections conducted by internal & external stakeholders
- Oversight of all external and internal complaint management
- Drive business innovation & implement creative ideas for better output & analysis of SME business
- Take initiative for new projects which will save cost and increase efficiency
- Assess training requirements and coordinate with HR regarding development of proper training content and their implementation
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (MBA preferred)
- 10+ years proven experience in related field
- Knowledge of industry trends, SME challenges, and regulatory environments
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with SMEs and stakeholders
- Capable to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability of lead a dynamic team independently and keen to develop others
- Expert in customer centricity, self-propelled
