BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its SME Banking Division:

Business Development Manager, SME Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performance management of team members & take appropriate measures improve productivity
  
• Communicate market related information with the senior management on time to time
  
• Plan and allocate manpower based on business forecasting & performance
  
• Proper planning for achieving monthly, quarterly & yearly targets
  
• Ensure delightful customer service to all customers
  
• Ensure Compliance with relevant processes
  
• Develop competitor awareness to assess the extent to which Bank’s products and services in SME Segment are competitive as compared to competitor
  
• Regular Team engagement for increasing employee motivation & productivity

Key Qualifications:

• Graduation from any UGC-approved or accredited university

Job Requirement:

• Experience of minimum 4 years in relevant field in Banks/ NBFIs
  
• Must have selling experience of loan products in SME markets
  
• Must have motorcycle riding skills with valid driving license
  
• Expert in customer centricity, team player and keen to develop others
  
• Flexible in working anywhere in the country
  
• Have a very good idea about local business dynamics
  
• Excellent Leadership & interpersonal skill
