Associate Manager, Manager Women Banking & Student Banking Service

Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and execute ideas and strategy to enhance business, brand and marketing related to Women Banking (TARA) & Student Banking (Agami)
  • Preparing business dashboards in collaboration with finance team
  • Plan and execute campaigns to drive business growth
  • Develop and execute segment specific product launch: Savings, Credit Card, Loan in collaboration with respective product teams
  • Plan, strategize and execute promotional activities for both segments
  • Maintaining relationship with all the relevant stakeholders related to Women Banking & Student Banking
  • Conduct knowledge sharing training with front-liners
  • Planning, conducting, and reviewing regular activities
  • Planning and assisting in execution of networking and capacity development activities for both women segment & student segment
  • Product management through meeting queries, providing information to the stakeholders. Ensuring smooth product experience for the customers of both segments.
  • Explore opportunities related to collaboration with various organizations, training centers, merchants, associations relevant to women segment & student banking segment
  • Assessing product's market performance and acceptability by taking feedback from sales officers and evaluating sales results
  • Process and PPG simplification, automation and UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Support

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduation/Post Graduation from a reputable institution with a satisfactory academic track record
  • Two to Five years of relevant working experience is preferred
  • Strong and demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office
  • Proficiency in product propositions, stakeholder management, marketing & communication
  • Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines
