BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, purpose-driven, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Retail Banking Division:

Associate Manager, Retail Deposit

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Product innovation, campaign design, and channel support for Retail Liability Products.
• Comprehensive analysis of Retail Liability Portfolio and insight for improvement.
• Improving digital platform capabilities and its utilization for Retail Liability customers.
• Liaise with Branch, Retail Sales, Agent banking, and all relevant channels to understand the market and customer needs.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications team to design marketing materials and/or social media promotions regarding retail liability products, fostering a collaborative work environment. Liaise with the customer experience team to identify the scope for improvements for retail liability customers.
• Process and PPG simplification, automation, and UAT Support.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Graduation/Post Graduation from a reputable institution with a satisfactory academic track record.
• Strong ability to interpret data into information.
• Having a good command of reporting and presentation skills.
• Strong and demonstrated working knowledge of MS Office
• Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
