BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:

ARM - SRM, Branch Corporate Deposit Mobilization, Distribution Network

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • To achieve Financial & Non-Financial targets set by the department
  • Manage client portfolio to maintain existing and generate new to bank relationships for the business Client portfolio on CASA (Public, Government Service Institution, Corporate, Utility, Insurance, MNC’s, NGO’s, UN etc.) collection & Payment business
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate deal in the pipeline
  • Work within the compliance framework of bank and regulator
  • Contribute to continued servicing of customer needs and deepen the existing relationship
  • Actively contribute to the Transaction Banking Business from preferred client segment of the division
  • Maintain close liaison with key stakeholders (i.e. Technical knowledge on the integration between Client & Internal ICT stakeholders) so as to provide input into the strategic direction of the business and the functionality and launch of new products and services
  • Build and maintain close relationships with clients proactively acting on direct customer feedback, market surveys and client engagement programs
  • Support achievement of the BRAC Bank’s vision, values, goals and culture in personal behavior, actions and decision making

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record
  • Proficient in Relationship Management & Business Communication
  • Candidates with 3-5 years of experience in the relevant field shall be given preference
  • Experience in managing relationship with Chinese Community and communication in Mandarin Chinese language shall be considered as added qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of local and cross border payments framework and ongoing automation/financial inclusion initiatives of central bank
  • Ability to interact, communicate, and negotiate effectively at all levels and across functions, with strong proficiency in English, Bangla, and Mandarin Chinese
  • Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines
