BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Corporate Banking Division:

Officer/Associate Manager, Product & Services, Transaction Banking

Employment Type: Full-time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible to promote and uphold digital platforms of Corporate Banking Division.
  • Ensure target growth of onboarding new and existing clients on digital platform.
  • Present different platforms & solutions to existing and new to bank clients to ensure exponential growth of the digital platforms.
  • Understand each client’s transaction needs and route most of the transactions through the digital channels of the bank.
  • Keep close rapport with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth end to end client onboarding on digital platform.
  • Update both internal and external stakeholders on new products, offers, services, notices time to time so that all stakeholders are aware on relevant offerings.
  • Ensure compliance of all internal and external banking rules and regulations
  • Monitor business progress and take measure for scalable sales.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
  • Candidates with experience in the relevant field would be preferred; freshers are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Sound understanding of different digital banking platforms and tools.
  • Good command over the Microsoft Office software package.
  • Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines.
