Associate Manager/Manager, Employee Relations
Employment Type: Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Address queries of, communicate and maintain liaison with all Regulators and internal & external audit team as part of regulatory reporting.
Manage all regulatory audits in collaboration with Internal Control & Compliance and Corporate Affairs divisions.
Prepare regulatory response in line with bank’s policy and applicable employment law.
Manage the overall process of addressing all reported issues regarding misconduct & noncompliance from ICC/Internal Audit team.
Conduct induction training on Code of Conduct for new joiners of all divisions.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record.
Minimum 5-8 years of HR experience with a decent understanding on Employee Relations function.
Should have knowledge on prevailing labor law, statutory and regulatory requirements.
Strong command over Microsoft Office Package.
Proficient in both Bangla and English communication.
Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capability to meet deadlines.
