BRAC Bank seeks an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in Corporate Banking Division:
Senior Manager, Special Asset Management, Corporate Banking
Employment Type: Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor and pursue defaulting borrower for repayment.
Physical visit of Corporate SAM borrowers’/guarantors’ factory, office & residence.
Check & initiate to publish Summon Notice/Auction Notice/Other Notices.
Arrange to issue legal notices & accomplish all formalities to file cases/suits.
Check all kinds of bills e.g. lawyers bill / professional bill, etc.
Maintain files & MIS of Defaulter/Litigated borrowers.
Maintain regular coordination with lawyer / Legal team and defendant of the case/suit.
Assist to regularize default liability through pay-off/ reschedule/ restructure.
Liaise with different departments (CAD, Litigation Management, ICC, GSS, etc.).
Meet internal/external regulatory requirements and queries.
Perform any other duties assigned by HoD time to time, etc.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business from a reputed UGC approved university with a satisfactory academic track record.
Minimum 5-8 years of experience in a similar or associated field in reputed bank is preferred.
Strong interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers.
Adequate knowledge of relevant rules, regulations, and guidelines.
Sound understanding of existing digital banking platforms & tools.
Excellent in both Bangla and English.
Good command over Microsoft Office software package
Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and demonstrated capability to meet agreed deadlines.
