BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:

Head of Premium Banking Business Acquisition, Distribution Network

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential new HNI clients and work with them to build up a relationship with the goal of managing their wealth
  • Scoping and segmentation of the market for acquiring new CA and SA accounts and deposits
  • Portfolio growth by means of acquisition of new customers and deepening existing client relationships. Achieve revenue objectives as assigned by the organization
  • Ensure cross selling the full spectrum of product set with an emphasis on retail banking products
  • Ensure retention of existing customers by introducing new techniques, promotions, value added services etc. in collaboration with PB Product Head
  • Formulate business strategy and plans, set strategic goals & objectives, and implement necessary programs to achieve the targets of Premium Banking
  • Set center wise business target and review the business directions, feasibility, and business modeling for the Premium Banking business on an ongoing basis, in line with the management’s vision
  • Continuously track market trends and ensure up to date knowledge of market offerings to be able to provide advice on potential financial planning solutions based on client needs
  • Accurate and error free record keeping of transactions and ensuring time to time reporting to the Senior Management, Board & Regulators to comply with Compliance and good governance
  • Empower and engage the entire team continuously through reward and recognition
  • Managing performance of team members; counselling and coaching team members from time to time to improve their performance
  • Business forecasting & performance linked manpower allocation to effectively balance demand & supply

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Four years graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
  • At least 10 years of relevant work-experience in a reputed Bank / Financial Institution, preferably in Priority Banking / Wealth Management sector
  • Expertise in Knowledge of Banking Fundamentals, Market Intelligence, Products & Processes
  • Good knowledge of local banking laws, regulations, and negotiable instrument act;
  • Ability to lead a dynamic team and keen to develop others
  • Master in customer centricity, self-propelled and capability to exceed assigned target.
