Officer, Infrastructure Development
Employment Type: Full Time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare layout in coordination with primary stakeholders and Business Heads concerned.
Support and lead value engineering effort to produce cost effective designs.
Prepare and check Bill of Quantities.
Support and lead execution of projects including site modification, office remodeling and relocations.
Ensure proper implementation of approved design, drawing & BOQ.
Provide technical guidance and coordination with the work of technical resources, external design professionals & construction contractors from concept through implementation of projects.
Prepare plan of project activities with cross function departments so that work can be completed in due time and work progress report through co- ordination of site activities.
Assist in maintaining the updated record of all issues related to manage infrastructure distribution for further queries.
Assist to ensure smooth and efficient delivery of all infrastructural equipment.
Work in a multitask order/multi-client environment with competing demand on time, schedule & resources.
Carry out any other Infrastructure Development tasks assigned by the organization.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
Graduate from a reputed institution on relevant subject (Architecture/ Civil/mechanical/Electrical Engineering) is preferred with a satisfactory academic track record.
Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience.
Good interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent knowledge of AutoCAD 2D & 3D.
Ability to collaborate with business clients & contractors.
Strong command over Microsoft Office Package (Advance Excel Training will be preferable).
Customer-centric, self-propelled, and capable of meeting deadlines.
