BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented and enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Distribution Network Division:

Relationship Officer, Branch Marketing - Distribution Network

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Achieve new business target in Liability, Accounts, Cards etc.
• Ensure Deposit Net Growth and Portfolio Maintenance
• Maintain relationship with the customers and other important stakeholders
• Ensure high quality services to the stakeholders
• Onboard profitable customer relationship and new-to-bank customers

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Four years graduation from any reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record
• Minimum two years of work experience in a deposit-based sales role or minimum four years of work experience in any retail asset-based sales role of a bank or NBFI
• Good interpersonal communication skills to maintain a professional relationship with internal and external customers
• Ability to work in a team
• Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled and capability to meet deadlines
• Strong command over Microsoft Office & conceptual understanding of banking/ financial software;
