BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Risk Management Division:

Risk Manager

Employment Type: Full-time.

Grade: SO- SPO.


  • Receive complete loan applications from the business team following Bangladesh Bank and BRAC Bank's PPG-Policy guidelines;
  • Visit the customers to assess creditworthiness; visit the guarantor on case to case basis to ensure loan security;
  • Complete 360° loan analysis, i. e. repayment capacity, loan purpose, financial parameters, seasonality, supplier-buyer relations, CIB report, industry-market trend, and policy compliance;
  • Complete Credit Approval Memo and arrange Loan Approval as per DLA of BRAC Bank;
  • Ensure standard turnaround time (TAT) of CRM loan processing;
  • Update CRM MIS according to processing level; communicate continuously with CRM MIS;
  • Keep effective communication with the small business team and other stakeholders;
  • Monitor repayments of the loan portfolio of linked SME Unit Office and Relationship Officers;
  • Monitor repayments of the loan portfolio that relates to analyst and approver.


  • Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a relevant field; 
  • Demonstrated ability to apply complex analysis to support the real-time business decision;
  • Should be proactive in problem-solving and stakeholder issue handling;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to influence peers;
  • Be customer-centric and self-propelled.
