Associate Manager/ Officer, Credit Card Business Initiative

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and propose different business initiatives to ensure growth of Card Business;
  • Develop strategies to ensure net customer growth with increase in new to bank customers and reduction attrition;
  • Manage external franchise partners for best value;
  • Propose innovative reward program facilities and ensure implementation of such offerings within the deadline;
  • Manage all types of business communication with different stakeholders;
  • Manage all types of business communication with respective payment network;
  • Communicate with payment network officials for existing product maintenance and execute strategic business campaigns;
  • Ensure the availability of products/services maintaining regulatory requirements and manage the products properly;
  • Develop and propose new products and improving existing product attributes also improving business processes and systems to increase efficiency;
  • Perfecting the existing business processes by smoothen them for higher efficiency and customer satisfaction on a regular basis;
  • Perform analysis of market information/research to develop product solutions to meet market needs;
  • Planning and managing different project plan, campaigns etc.;
  • Card portfolio management and business development initiatives;
  • Participate in card-products inventory monitoring process;
  • Proof checking for different cards’ collaterals and communication materials.

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT:

  • Masters/Bachelor’s degree in Business from reputed universities with satisfactory academic track record;
  • Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in relevant field;
  • Understanding of Payment & Card industry with the basics of Debit, Credit, Prepaid Cards and other upcoming payment mediums;
  • Experience in Banking Industry / Payment processing would be an added advantage;
  • Good analytical ability;
  • Proactive, passionate and with a can-do attitude;
  • Extrovert personality with good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Honest and carries high personal integrity;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
  • Attention to detail.
