BRAC Bank is currently looking for a number-driven, digitally savvy, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Operations Division:
Associate Manager, Airlines-Shipping and Outward Remittance
Employment Type: Full-time
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitor all transactions and activities of Outward and airline remittance payments;
- Documents check and transaction verification of issued Foreign Telegraphic Transfer;
- Documents contain and Transaction Verification of Local FCY Transfer;
- Thorough knowledge of Airlines and Shipping documentation and checking;
- Handling and correspondence with Bangladesh Bank for permission-related activities and all queries;
- Involve in NOSTRO reconciliation;
- Ensure Realizing NOSTRO charge and another charge where it was applicable;
- Provide required information/reports to Treasury;
- Ensure Timely delivery of service to Branch/Student Service Center/RM for maximum customer satisfaction;
- Correspondence with Branches, Banks, Foreign Banks & Clients;
- Query handling/provide required information to Branch;
- Developed and focused on Automation;
- Reporting to respective regulatory authority as and when required.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS
- Master / Bachelor’s degree in Business from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
- Minimum 05 years’ experience in relevant work field;
- Sound Knowledge of Guidelines of Foreign Exchange Transactions, different circulars, and applicable ACT;
- Data analytics and Project management skills will be an added qualifications;
- Excellent interpersonal skills;
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal);
- Analytical and decision-making skills;
- Self-propelled, proficient in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
