BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its General Services Division:

Head of Administration

Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Formulation and Implementation of Operating Plan:

  • Develop and execute the administration strategy and translate business goals into actionable targets.

Property Management

  • Supervise routine maintenance of premises;
  • Monitor lease renewal issues with the relevant stakeholders;
  • Supervise timely payment of municipal tax for bank-owned activities;
  • Scout for new premises and engage with the landlord to secure favorable terms for the bank.

Inventory Management

  • Prepare reports on inventory operations, stock levels, and adjustments;
  • Examine and monitor supplies and raw materials and order new supplies.

Dispatch Management

  • Ensure timely delivery of mail and bank products to customers safely;
  • Review and verify invoices and purchase requests to ensure accuracy;
  • Ensure proper maintenance of delivery logs and records.

Administer Logistics Support

  • Supervise smooth logistics support during all internal & external events of the bank;
  • Supervise proper transport management and vehicle requisition management;
  • Maintenance of the canteen at BRAC Bank’s Head Office;
  • Supervise travel arrangements for employees of the bank who are traveling on official visits;
  • Manage all activities related to the bank’s repossessed cars, including repossessing process and formalities, liaising with the car dealers, maintenance of the cars, etc.

Managing Telecommunications and Helpdesk

  • Ensure installation, maintenance, or repair of telecommunications equipment on time;
  • Manage SIM cards issued in the name of the bank, for employees’ benefit purposes;
  • Manage a small team of telephone operators who control & handle all calls coming to BRAC Bank Head Office. Also, oversee the help desk call logging system and ensure it is fit for purpose;
  • Communicate with vendor/service provider for uninterrupted telecommunication support.

Compliance and Good Governance

  • Accurate & error-free record keeping of data and ensuring time-to-time reporting to the Management, Board & Regulators;
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and controls as set by the bank and external regulatory authorities.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate from a reputed institution with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • 10 years of relevant working experience;
  • Strong command over Microsoft Office Package;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Expertise in Compliance & Fraud Prevention;
  • Be customer-centric, self-propelled, and a team player.
