Manager/Senior Manager – Women Banking Segment TARA

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for nurturing and growing the women's portfolio of the bank through new product development and channel management; uphold product proposition and formulate sales process and service models working in conjunction with branch banking, segments such as retail stakeholders, and other product teams and cards teams;
  • Accountable for supervising and monitoring women banking business functions of the division;
  • Achieve women's banking business volume and revenue targets on budget;
  • Accelerate portfolio growth by developing ideas and strategies to acquire the maximum number of women customers from the Bangladesh market;
  • Onboard women-centric new associations and partners and maintain relationships with the new and existing ones to create new business opportunities;
  • Monitor and assist the incorporation of new ideas, product innovation and customization, process development, standard improvisation of the women segment TARA, and safeguarding the bank from potential threats or losses;
  • Review and refurbish the women's banking suite from time to time to meet the customers’ needs and increase the attractiveness and penetration in the market;
  • Drive strategic initiatives to manage and enhance the women's banking proposition;
  • Guide the team in preparing various monthly reports and presentations with info graphs and analysis laying out strategies for effective communication;
  • Manage global stakeholders and the women's banking proposition team and provide proper guidance for the smooth operation of the women's banking proposition.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • 5-8 years of experience in the banking sector (retail banking- women banking/retail product and proposition team) will be preferred, including managerial experience in a high-volume collection/recovery environment;
  • Must possess analytical and data-driven decision-making skills;
  • Must have strong interpersonal communication skills;
  • Effective written and verbal communication in English;
  • Negotiation skills, leadership, and influencing skills;
  • Be a customer-centric, self-propelled team player and capable of meeting deadlines.
