BRAC Bank is currently looking for a number-driven, digitally savvy, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following mid-level leadership position in its Technology Division:

Associate Manager, Enterprise Systems Administration

Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform system administration, like managing Windows systems and applications (AD/ Exchange / SharePoint / SCCM / O365 / File Server etc.);
  • Provide support to fix critical, high and medium vulnerability assessments of Windows OS and applications hosted on these platforms;
  • Resolve service requests against Windows infrastructure and applications via service management tools;
  • Manage SCVMM and Hyper-V Virtualization Platform;
  • Maintain Monitoring tool (SCOM, NMS, etc.) to monitor 24x7 IT system availability and health status;
  • Apply OS patches and upgrades every month, upgrade administrative tools and utilities, and configure/add new services as needed;
  • Genrate weekly/monthly/yearly reports and perform housekeeping for Windows servers;
  • Pursue audit/regulatory recommendations and assist in settling observations regarding server/applications and prepare documentation/work instructions;
  • Project support with IS Checklist and UAT.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduation from a reputed and UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record; candidates with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any other equivalent/relevant field are preferred;
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 Years of relevant experience is required:
  • Versatile and energetic and open to adaptation, stakeholder management skills, cross Functional Task competence;
  • Sound knowledge of Microsoft solutions (AD, EXCHANGE, SCCM, SKYPE FOR BUSINESS, Failover Cluster, MBAM, PKI, 0365);
  • Microsoft Certified Solution Expert preferred;
  • Experience in managing/administrating complex Windows environments.
