BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Risk Management Division:

Credit Analyst, Emerging Corporate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze and evaluate loan proposals according to the bank’s lending guidelines, internal policies, procedures, and regulations with expertise and due diligence;
  
• Prospective client visits and risk assessment;
  
• Evaluate credit worthiness of prospective clients and projects;
  
• Prepare and analyze financial statements of different businesses in diverse industries;
  
• Ensure CIB, relevant legal, and statutory compliance;
  
• Portfolio review and Monitoring;
  
• Assist in specific projects/tasks as assigned;
  
• Attend and conduct training, and provide feedback to all relevant.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
  
• Minimum 3-6 years of experience in relevant field with in-depth knowledge in credit assessment and risk mitigation;
  
• Must have strong negotiation skills, ability to work under pressure and work in a team;
  
• Knowledge of Local business and contemporary economic conditions;
  
• In-depth knowledge of Policies and regulations issued by regulatory authorities from time to time;
  
• Strong analytical skills to assess composite facilities, including Trade Finance;
  
• Knowledge of Cross-Border trade financing and relevant policies and regulations, including AML-CFT;
  
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Bangla;
  
• Strong command over Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
