BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Digital Banking Department of COO’s Office:

Senior Manager, Project Management, Digital Banking

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Overall coordination and project management (manage activities, timeline, track progress, manage risks, escalate, and deliverables) for multiple company priority projects;
• Identify deliverables; plan and execute them while taking care of cost, timeline, scope, risks, etc.;
• Lead and manage high-impact projects that interface with multiple teams/stakeholders/partners;
• Develop and communicate strategies and objectives with relevant departments related to projects;
• Act as a point of contact for the project between different teams within the company;
• Develop and implement a strategy that can contribute to the success of the projects, plus be willing to get on the ground to drive the success of the project;
• Follow systems to evaluate the success of the project and share the results or findings;
• Propose and implement a risk mitigation plan;
• Responsible for proposing the migration strategy and plan of execution;
• Support in defining integration strategy and coordinate with required teams.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university with a satisfactory academic track record;
• Minimum 8-10 years of working experience in the relevant field;
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;
• Customer-centric, results-oriented, and self-propelled;
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams;
• Capability to handle multiple projects and work under stress to meet deadlines;
• Project/Program Management experience in a large enterprise is a plus;
• Self-propelled, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
