BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Alternate Banking Channels Division:

Senior Manager, Online Banking

Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work closely with the operations and technology vertical to maintain and enhance the features of the internet banking application;
  • In consultation with the senior management, define the vision, scope, and requirements for the bank’s internet banking offerings;
  • Monitor internet banking uptime, keep track of offline service requests, and ensure ease of navigation on the internet banking portal to increase the overall internet banking customer activation and usage with support from Agent Banking, Branches, Product, Operations, and Technology teams;
  • Providing training to branches and call centers on the new features of internet banking to ensure they can suggest internet banking features to customers; 
  • Monitor complaints and feedback from different channels like the call center or the branches; work with the Product, Operations and Technology teams to improve the overall customer experience and process time on the internet banking software; 
  • Ensure a high level of customer service by making customer complaints are well received, effectively addressed, thoroughly followed up, and promptly resolved;
  • Take up necessary initiatives and projects to address the high-frequency complaints by driving process/system/product / service-related changes on the internet banking software with the help of the Product, Operations, and Technology teams; 
  • Accurate and error-free record keeping of data and ensuring time to time reporting to the Management, Board, and Regulators; 
  • Provide data as per requirements of auditors / regulatory bodies and resolve their queries;
  • Identify the associated risks, formulate a risk mitigation process, deploy effective internal control mechanisms, and ensure regulatory compliance & fraud prevention.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate from a well-recognized institute in the relevant subject; 
  • Minimum of 10 years of work experience with sound knowledge of core banking systems;
  • Must know UI / UX skills and database management;
  • Project management, conflict management;
  • Good interpersonal communication skills;
  • Strong command over Microsoft Office Package;
  • Self-propelled and an expert in customer-centricity, team player, and capable of meeting deadlines.
