BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its SME Banking Division:

Unit Head, SME Liability Sales

Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure SME Liability growth by channels, i. e. service channels (Branches, Sub-branches, Agent Banking Outlets, SME Relationship teams, Retail Sales teams, etc.) maintaining compliances fulfillment;
  • Develop SME Liability Sales resources and assist BM or his/her delegates to manage performance;
  • Ensure proper SME liability product mix to reach targeted profitability;
  • Assist channels in finding and growing new business development locations and segments;
  • Train the resources to reach optimum productivity level within the shortest period;
  • Refresh the channels from time to time on products, processes, soft skill development, and risk issues, e. g. AML, KYC, fraud risk, etc.;
  • Ensure compliances on the opening of SME liability accounts;
  • Assist channels in dealing with audit issues related to SME liability;
  • Ensure customers are dealt with maintaining TCF guidelines of Bangladesh Bank with minimum service TAT;
  • In coordination with channels, ensure customer's voices are heard and their complaints are dealt with utmost priority; 
  • Assist SME Liability Portfolio Management team with different new initiatives to grow SME Liability;
  • Help Head Office teams to prepare different MISs and help channels to interpret those and take necessary measures to ensure SME Liability profitability;
  • Take regular refreshers training on products, processes, soft skills development, and risk issues achieving sales target.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • 15+ years of relevant experience in the banking or digital financial services industry;
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills for people management and supporting stakeholder;
  • Expert in customer-centricity; team player and keen to develop others.
