BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its SME Banking Division:

Officer/ Associate Manager, Portfolio Management & Analytics, SME Liability

Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Dissect SME liability portfolio in different segments based on volume, profitability, etc. and take data-driven initiatives to enhance profitability;
  • Assist management with different analyses to set the focus of a specific segment of the SME liability portfolio;
  • Coordinate with Business Finance; 
  • Initiate segmentation maintenance and different value-added services to increase customer satisfaction and stickiness; 
  • Tail management;
  • Campaign management (design, initiate / activation, drive); 
  • Coordinate with IT for smooth execution of different data-driven initiatives;
  • Coordinate with different channels (Branches, Sub-branches, Agent Banking Outlets, SME and Retails sales teams, etc) to ensure growth;
  • Coordinate with other departments (Operations, Risk, Sales Governance, HR, Communication) for smooth operations of the sales team;
  • Coordinate with products team on new SME Liability product launching and existing product maintenance;
  • Ensure compliances on the opening of SME liability accounts;
  • Ensure all accounts are opened with the proper cost center and PSO, MPSO, and RPSO to ensure accountability;
  • Identify and promote new and improved processes related to SME Liability portfolio; 
  • R&D on new product parameters and segmentation.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree from reputed universities with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in any industry;
  • Computer literacy (MS Office);
  • Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Proficient in customer centricity, self-propelled.
