BRAC Bank is currently looking for an ambitious, intelligent, goal-oriented, enthusiastic individual for the following position in its Corporate Banking Division:

Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking

Employment Type: Full Time

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meet budget target via maximizing limit utilization, enhancing limit, restructuring credit facilities, and booking new relationships from existing and new customer base as per set objectives;
  • Explore the market for new business opportunities and report to the line manager for potential leads that fit into the bank’s business policy;
  • Retain and grow business with existing good customers through delivering superior customer services, identifying their credit needs, and accommodating facility at the earliest possible time;
  • Raise early alerts in discussion with the line manager whenever it is necessary;
  • Ensure customers comply with credit policy, regulatory requirements, and covenant and conditions advised in the sanction letter; 
  • Maintain regular communication with the customer to ensure the best customer services, smooth transactions, and delivery of other services to meet customer satisfaction;
  • Identify customers' immediate financial needs and accommodate them through quick approvals, if required, from an appropriate authority;
  • Ensure timely renewal of credit facility, insurance policy, credit rating, trade license, IRC, ERC, fire License, factory license, DOE clearance, tax clearance, and other regulatory documents that require periodic renewal for a continuation of business;
  • Engage in other roles and responsibilities as per the requirement of the Corporate Banking Division.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

  • Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Business (major in Finance or Accounting is preferable) from a reputed UGC-approved university with a satisfactory academic track record;
  • Professional certifications, i. e. Moody’s, Omega etc. will be preferred;
  • 10+ years of experience in relationship management in the Corporate Banking Division of a bank;
  • Proficient in Knowledge of banking fundamentals, credit analysis, products and processes;
  • Proficient in compliance and fraud prevention;
  • Proficient in relationship management and business communication;
  • Expert in customer centricity, team player, and keen to develop others
