Manager/ Senior Manager - Learning & Development

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and facilitate classroom training module contents based on adult learning methodology;
  • Proficient in engaging with a diverse target group and possess the ability to assimilate participants’ ideas and experiences for drawing-up effective action learning;
  • Competent in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and experience in delivering learning interventions based on the same;
  • Experience in creating learning architecture of the organization based on the need of the talents for enhanced performance and career growth;
  • Experience in collaborating with head of functions and HR team members to jointly deliver customized development programs;
  • Ability to plan, forecast, manage capability development budget and oversee its effective utilization.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Graduate from a well-recognized institute;
  • A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in the L&D function;
  • Certification as NLP Practitioner and Life Coach will be added advantages;
  • Past demonstration of the following behavioral competencies:
    • Has driven previously and role modeled customer centricity through words and actions;
    • Pursued goals with a can-do attitude and focused on execution across the organization;
    • Created/fostered a culture of openness and encouraged leaders to arrive at a mutually beneficial understanding;
  • Strong command over Microsoft Office Package.
